Referral Process

We offer equipment loans and support to school districts and group 1 or 2 independent schools in BC. To request equipment for a student new to the program, please submit an Equipment Request form and Permission to Share, completed in consult with the student's audiologist. 

Services for Students with Cochlear Implants: 

In addition to equipment loans and services as outlined above, we offer audiology, speech language pathology, and hearing resource teacher expertise and outreach in support of the development of local capacity, through consultation with school staff and parents, assistance with assessments, and assistance with the establishment of goals for individual education plans. Our team uses evidence based practice, current research and clinical knowledge of the unique skills and needs of student with cochlear implants to support students and their teams.
