Who are we?
We are a department made up of Counsellors who are both certified teachers with specialized training including Masters Degrees in Counselling Psychology or School Counselling. Counsellors focus on individual and group counselling, adolescent development, and mental health issues. We have two Family School Liaison Workers (FSLWs) who collaborate with counsellors to support youth in our community and help families access community resources.
Additionally, this department includes an academic advisor and two career pathways coordinators who support dual credit trades and academics.
