2025 Climate Change Accountability Report

qathet School District’s 2025 Climate Change Accountability Report is now available. The report outlines our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions profile, the offsets used to achieve net-zero emissions, the actions taken in 2025 to reduce emissions, and our ongoing plans to further lower emissions in 2026 and beyond.

In 2025, the district completed upgrades at Edgehill Elementary, including a 3-phase power upgrade and a complete replacement of all HVAC equipment throughout the building. Looking ahead to 2026, work continues with new and ongoing projects focused on efficiency and sustainability:

• Edgehill Elementary School Addition Solar Capacity 
• Kelly Creek Elementary School HVAC Upgrade 
• Brooks Domestic Hot Water Boiler Upgrade
