Terry Fox Run 2023

Since 1981, schools have been lacing up their sneakers to join the annual Terry Fox Run, keeping alive the inspiring journey of a young Canadian hero who started the “Marathon of Hope”, and ran the distance of a marathon a day to raise awareness and funds for cancer research. 

To commemorate Terry Fox, this year, the elementary students of SD47 will be donning their shoes and participating in a purposeful run! 🏃
