Transgender Day of Remembrance

Transgender Day of Remembrance

Transgender Day of Remembrance is acknowledged each year on November 20th. On this solemn day, we honour lives destroyed by transphobic violence. We reflect on the ongoing struggle for safety, dignity, and inclusion amidst misinformation and active disinformation. Now more than ever, we must support trans, Two-Spirit, and non-binary youth with our love, care, and support. We commit to listen and work to amplify the voices of those who have been marginalized in order to learn what we can do to be better allies.
