Hearing and Vision Services

Students who have been diagnosed with a hearing or vision loss receive supports from the teacher for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing or the Teacher for the Visually Impaired.  These teachers work collaboratively with school-based teams to ensure equitable access to curriculum and learning.  They also provide support to access provincial outreach programs and may help facilitate the loan of specialized equipment/ technology and other learning resources.
